"You look quite happy Itachi, what happened?"
It's been 9 months since the inauguration of Minato as the Fourth Hokage.
After Minato took office, he invited everyone he had good relationship to the Yakiniku Restaurant.
He presented Kozuki the position of the head of the Anbu. (Leader of Anbu but overall control is still under Hokage)
With Kozuki's strength and reputation, there was no one else better then him for this position.
Kozuki rejected the position under the surprise eyes of Minato and everyone else and said he has no desire for any status, he just wants to live a peaceful life.
Sarutobi who was present at the gathering also, saw him rejecting such a position, knew immediately that he had misunderstood Kozuki.
He had no desire to hold the power of the village in his hands, but sadly it was too late.
Even if he wanted to stop, he couldn't because the only reason Danzo hasn't attacked Kozuki Yet, is because Danzo is counting on him.
If he told Danzo that he doesn't want to attack Kozuki anymore, Danzo would definitely do something on his own.
Danzo isn't Kozuki's opponent and he will die definitely, So, for the sake of his friend he had to do it.
During these nine months, one event occurred which shook the whole Konoha.
Orochimaru defected after his cruel experiments were found by Minato.
As Orochimaru was about to be arrested, Sarutobi arrived as he held back his strength and let Orochimaru leave.
During this time, Kozuki also has declared officially that both Shisui and Itachi are his students.
Uchiha are now treated a lot better in the village at least people won't just run away after spotting them.
"Sensei, I have a younger brother now"
Itachi was in a very good mood today due to his newborn brother.
Itachi always wanted to have a younger brother who he can protect and his wish was finally granted yesterday.
"Haha, looks like you got your wish Itachi, let's Go, I should congratulate Patriarch Fugaku myself"
"How can it be, it's all because of your training that Itachi got this much better"
Fugaku replied modestly as it was somewhat true.
Kozuki didn't train Itachi and Shisui in Ninjutsu since his own talent in it was far worse than them.

"During the war, many Uchiha died but what I want to know is about those Uchiha who went missing or even those whose corpse wasn't found"
Kozuki wanted to find the pawn of Madara and with the names provided by Fugaku it could be a lot easier.

Fugaku wasn't joking, many Uchiha in the war were orphans who did not have anyone to identify them, so it wasn't easy to know all the names.
"Then I can limit the scope of search for you, search only for those who are around my age or even younger"
Madara wanted someone to be his pawn and a Kid was the easiest to manipulate.
Kozuki knows that someone older and especially when it's a ninja is not easy to brainwash.
So he was sure that it must be someone around his age or even younger.

Although Fugaku wanted to know why Kozuki asked this, but he knows that Kozuki was not someone who would use deceitful means or will try to harm Uchiha.
So he felt that there was no problem in giving information and it can also make the relationship of Uchiha with Kozuki even better.
