How Do I place an order?
Find a personalized item that you would like and click on "order now" button. On the order form you will need to type in
the information requested and hit the "submit now" button. This will then add the item to your shopping cart. From the shopping
cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you continue shopping and want to see your shopping cart, simply
click the the "View Cart" button on the top of each shopping page.
Can I place an International Order?
Unfortunately,
due to problems with international mail service, we currently only ship to
addresses within the United States.
How do I check out and pay for my order?
Once you are ready to check out and pay for your order, you will be directed to our shopping cart where you will be asked to
entered shipping and payment information. At that time, you will be able to choose one of the various forms of payments we accept, which
include personal check, money orders, paypal, electronic check, Visa &
Mastercard.
  
Is it safe to use a credit card on your website?
Yes, it is safe. We utilize the services of a secure shopping cart and processor through mals-e
commerce and propay. You will see the "safe" symbol on your
screen as well as the secure http address. ex...."https://". We take your security seriously.
 
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take the time to go over your order and check it for
accuracy. We can not be responsible for reprinting a book or reburning a music CD if the information you provided was not correct.
If you find an error in the order, please contact us immediately by email at orders@pappabearbooks.com referencing your order number.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an additional email with all
new shipping information.
