We started this company in the year 2000 out of a need for income for our family and a desire to be home with our children full time. Our love of books and music lead us to many terrific companies that provide quality personalized children's products such as Hefty's Create-A-Books and the personalized music CD's through Kids Juke Box. Because of this need and desire and our love of books, Pappa Bear Books was born in August of 2000. We have grown in size and customer base and enjoy every minute of it. After investigating the many different options in personalized children's books, we feel we offer the best quality personalized children's books and music on the market today. We think you will feel that way too! We also provided other unique personalized products that are perfect for baby and beyond! This business is a family owned and operated business, and we treat you the way we would treat our family and friends. PAYMENT INFORMATION: We currently accept personal checks, money orders PayPal and Visa & Mastercard. We use a Secure credit card processing company - Propay. All computerized credit card information is eliminated within 10 days or at order completion, whichever occurs first. All orders are shipped upon payment receipt. SHIPPING INFORMATION: We utilize the services of the United States Postal Service at this time. Standard Shipping is at a Media Mail (books) or First Class (prints & CD's) rate and takes anywhere from 3-10 mailing days. We also offer Priority Mail Service which takes from 2-3 Mailing days depending on location. Express Mail Service is also available and usually reaches our customers within one to two days. Please remember that it may take us to 48 hours to process your order and make you custom personalized gift. Please choose your shipping choice accordingly. We can not guarantee that a product will go out the same day that it is ordered. Please note that there is an additional shipping charge for Canadian orders. PRIVACY POLICY: We do not share your information with any other company. You may receive special offers from us from time to time. If you would not like to receive such offers, please let us know and you will be taken off all mailing list. RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us regarding the return within 10 days of purchase. At that time, you may have the item replaced if the personalization is not compliant with the information you provided to us at the time of order. If you would like to change a book order that you have made where you provided incorrect information, we will grant you a 25% discount on the same book plus your shipping cost. Please Note: Our music CD's will only be exchanged if you receive a different name than ordered. You are responsible for any phonetic spellings for names with different sounds.
